Jialin Ding

Jialin is a first-year CS Ph.D. in the MIT Data Systems Group, where he is advised by Professor Tim Kraska.  His interests lie broadly in the intersection of systems and machine learning.

In the past, Jialin has worked with Umar Farooq Minhas and the Database Group at Microsoft Research on updatable learned index structures. Prior to MIT, he was an undergraduate at Stanford University, where he worked on data-intensive systems with Professor Peter Bailis as part of Stanford DAWN.
